Excel. For report writing, he has expertise in Crystal Reports, Active
Reports, Word, and mapping software programs. Arnold consults, tutors, and
writes interface software for QuickBooks and has a strong financial
background.
Arnold has a BS degree in industrial distribution from
Clarkson University, Potsdam, NY, and has his MBA from the University of
Buffalo. He is active in various civic and philanthropic organizations.
